We want you to feel confident trying Real Clean Floors. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your purchase price within 30 days of your order date.

Because our products are cleaning and floor care items, we do not accept returns. You do not need to send the product back to receive an approved refund.

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@realcleanfloors.com within 30 days of your purchase and include your order number and the reason you were not satisfied. Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to process and post the refund.
